Internal Account Manager Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Internal Account Manager to join our team at Permanent Futures. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering sales and margin growth in line with agreed targets.

  1. Identify key competitor account opportunities and develop plans to deliver and convert significant wins, ensuring maximum profitability from the right product and services mix.
  2. Manage new agreement roll-outs, marketing plans, and mobilisation support activity to rapidly convert business opportunities with the support of marketing and the quote and technical functions.
  3. Lead all commercial elements of owned accounts through business analysis and business planning.
  4. Collaborate with Marketing to drive specific product sales in the assigned account base.
  5. No cold calls, purely existing account management.
Internal Account Manager Skills and Abilities

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. Internal sales experience.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  3. Professional phone manner.
