Business Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Internal Account Manager to join our team at Permanent Futures. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering sales and margin growth in line with agreed targets.
- Identify key competitor account opportunities and develop plans to deliver and convert significant wins, ensuring maximum profitability from the right product and services mix.
- Manage new agreement roll-outs, marketing plans, and mobilisation support activity to rapidly convert business opportunities with the support of marketing and the quote and technical functions.
- Lead all commercial elements of owned accounts through business analysis and business planning.
- Collaborate with Marketing to drive specific product sales in the assigned account base.
- No cold calls, purely existing account management.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Internal sales experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Professional phone manner.
