Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Resolute Recruitment. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and expansion targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales and marketing plans
  • Manage and maintain accurate customer contact records and schedules

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the hire market or powered access industry
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of tenacity, drive, and motivation to deliver impressive results
