Forseven, an innovative leader in the electric vehicle sector, is on the lookout for a Senior Manager Events to enhance our talented Communications team. This pivotal role will report directly to the Head of Communications.

The Senior Manager Events will be instrumental in shaping and executing the Events strategy, planning, and operations within a rapidly evolving organization. This position presents a unique opportunity to establish the Events department and build a team dedicated to achieving the company's goals and Communications strategy, while showcasing Forseven's distinctiveness through creative and impactful experiential initiatives.

This senior position is crucial for laying a solid foundation for Events at Forseven, ensuring that we cultivate a positive brand image and reputation through our event experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the Events division to formulate and implement exceptional strategies and plans that align with business objectives, including brand and product launches.
  • Establish the operational framework necessary for executing successful events for the organization.
  • Recruit, inspire, and nurture a high-performing team in accordance with the headcount strategy.
  • Exemplify leadership and promote a collaborative and innovative culture within your team.
  • Guide the direction and collaboration with regional teams regarding Events strategy, planning, and content.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across Brand, Marketing, Communications, People, and Compliance to ensure cohesive plans and outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with key business partners, suppliers, and agencies.
  • Implement reporting and analysis to create benchmarks, set objectives, and evaluate performance, while continuously seeking insights and enhancements.
  • Oversee budget management, resource allocation, and compliance for the Events division.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience as an Events professional, operating at a strategic level.
  • Proven track record in building and leading successful teams.
  • Strong background in the automotive and/or luxury sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in managing a diverse range of events.
  • Thorough understanding of relevant legislation and requirements for Events operations.
  • Collaborative mindset with cultural sensitivity and a global outlook.
  • Preferably possess in-house experience.
  • International experience is a plus.
