Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in leading a multidisciplinary team, preferably within an NHS or private healthcare environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of Sales Ledger Administrators, Sales Ledger Team Leaders, and Senior Regional Administrators
  • Ensure timely and accurate billing for residents
  • Guide Sales Ledger Team Leaders and Senior Regional Administrators in supporting care homes
  • Supervise the posting and allocation of received payments
  • Manage credit control processes to effectively reduce debt and credits
  • Assist senior management with financial administration challenges and address any concerns
  • Ensure that home-based administration teams receive appropriate training, including induction and refresher courses
  • Provide development training to managers regarding their management accounts and financial performance
  • Maintain records related to complaints and debt cases requiring third-party legal assistance
  • Support the professional growth of team members
  • Develop reporting for directors to facilitate informed decision-making
