About this Role

Role Title: Security Operations Analyst

La Fosse Associates is working with a well-established education institution to add an additional analyst to their Security Operations function.

In this position, you will work alongside the SOC Manager and other analysts within the team to coordinate the SOC and Incident Response efforts for the business.

You will collaborate with the other analysts and wider IT team to promote security awareness within the business and develop technical security guidelines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with the Security Operations team to ensure a high-quality level of protection is delivered
  • Exposure to incident response, vulnerability scanning, email protection, and threat intelligence

Requirements and Responsibilities

This role requires a strong understanding of security operations and incident response principles. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role and be able to demonstrate their skills and knowledge in this area.
