About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regulatory Associate to join our Financial Regulation Team at Addleshaw Goddard. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on regulatory aspects of commercial contracts, customer terms, asset transfers, and new client propositions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise on regulatory aspects of commercial contracts, customer terms, asset transfers, and new client propositions.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the regulatory framework within which retail investment businesses operate.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and priorities, providing tailored advice and solutions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to deliver high-quality advice and services to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory developments and changes, ensuring that clients receive the best possible advice.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of the regulatory framework within which retail investment businesses operate.
  • Experience of corporate transactional work and commercial contracts.
  • Ability to draft regulatory provisions and advise on regulatory aspects of commercial contracts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
