The Role: Retail Business Analyst - Space Range Display Expertise
As a Retail Business Analyst, you will play a vital role in designing and delivering major transformation programmes within the retail sector. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Analyzing and documenting business processes to support system redesign and process improvement projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Testing hypotheses effectively and contributing to the development of new opportunities for growth and efficiency.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to develop innovative tools that empower clients to solve complex retail challenges.
- Creating clear and engaging presentations for clients, simplifying complex information and delivering compelling recommendations.
- Coordinating work across the team, ensuring seamless project execution and timely delivery of high-quality results.
- Staying abreast of the latest market trends and technological innovations in retail, identifying emerging opportunities and potential threats.
- Supporting client objectives for transformation by assessing current processes, operating models, and technologies to determine areas for improvement and growth.
Your Profile: Key Skills & Experience
We are seeking a passionate individual with a strong understanding of the retail landscape, particularly within Space Range and Display processes. Experience in Food, Fashion, General Merchandise, or DIY sectors is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in retail business analysis.
- Solid understanding of commercial operations and space range management within the retail sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Good to Have:
- Expertise in change management methodologies.
- Experience in business case development.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and their potential applications within the retail sector.
