Job Title: Vendor Management Specialist

IQVIA Argentina is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights, and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development of the Study Specification Worksheet (SSW) to facilitate the bid process and selection of vendors.
  • Optimize the frontloaded and timely study start-up process in support of a timely vendor DB-go-live.
  • Ensure vendors meet quality and service level standards in their service delivery for the trial.
  • Proactively create and maintain vendor-related risk maps with contingency plans for documentation.
  • Document issues identified with vendor oversight/performance and implement corrective actions.
  • Drive root cause analysis of supplier performance issues and identify trends.
  • Support the implementation of standards, templates, tools, and processes for vendors at SSU.
  • Collaborate with practice leaders in improvement projects and learning loops.
  • Support vendor qualification efforts by providing data.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's Degree in healthcare or other scientific discipline.
  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including a good command of the English language.
  3. Previous experience in managing laboratory vendors for clinical trials projects.
