Automation Design Engineer Opportunity

Recruit4staff is proud to represent a leading manufacturing company in Ruabon, seeking an experienced Automation Design Engineer to join their team.

Job Summary:

The successful Automation Design Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing automated machines and equipment from first principles to full design. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing automated machines and equipment using CAD software
  • Conducting research and analysis to ensure design feasibility and optimization
  • Leading design reviews and machine risk assessment reviews
  • Preparing and presenting project information and costs at stage gates 1 to 3
  • Providing support for modifications and design changes during build and commissioning stages
Requirements:
  • Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Experience in equipment design and development
  • Strong knowledge of 3D CAD software
  • Knowledge of industrial automation and manufacturing processes
