Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of nursing and care professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and services.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans and strategies to meet the needs of our residents.
  • Collaborate with external healthcare professionals, families, and visitors to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain the highest standards of clinical governance.
  • Provide personalized care and support to our residents, working closely with the care team to ensure their needs are met.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of leadership and clinical expertise.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, residents, and families.
  • Good working knowledge of CQC standards and regulations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the changing needs of our residents.
