  • Focusing on residents with complex needs, ensuring adherence to the latest guidelines and maintaining the highest levels of clinical governance
  • Care plan development and assessments

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good working knowledge of CQC standards
  • Ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with external care professionals, families, and staffing teams
  • Good clinical skills
