About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at Vistry Group. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service across our new home sales operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively seek out prospective sales opportunities and follow up with customers to optimise business outcomes.
  • Manage and implement new innovations to drive sales growth and meet business targets.
  • Negotiate with customers to ensure the best sales outcomes for the business.
  • Utilise technology to generate sales in diverse environmental and economic conditions.
  • Ensure effective management of sales visits and customer interactions.
  • Proactively manage and follow the sales process with customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • 5 GCSEs/GCE including Mathematics and English (at C grade or above).
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role delivering under pressure.
  • Experience in progressing leads and sales through telephone-based business development.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proven track record of exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent IT skills with demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Comfortable using multi-channel forms of communication.
  • Ability to handle challenging and difficult situations.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills.
