- Product Strategy and Planning
- Utilize historical data and trends to plan and implement product strategies that meet our sales and margin objectives.
- Collaborate with our merchandising and sourcing teams to execute product strategies and drive business growth.
- Monitor and analyze product performance to optimize sales and margins.
- Supplier Management
- Manage and develop our supplier base to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
- Work with our sourcing team to identify and negotiate with new suppliers.
- Ensure that suppliers meet our quality and sustainability standards.
- Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with our design, visual merchandising, and marketing teams to plan and implement window displays, photography, and range manuals.
- Work with our merchandising team to plan and implement store layouts and visual merchandising.
- Provide training and development opportunities to our team members.
