Key Responsibilities

  • Product Range Development
    • Develop and implement product ranges that align with our brand identity and store values.
    • Work with our design and visual merchandising teams to create visually appealing and on-trend product ranges.
    • Ensure that product ranges accurately reflect our desired image and value levels.
  • Product Strategy and Planning
    • Utilize historical data and trends to plan and implement product strategies that meet our sales and margin objectives.
    • Collaborate with our merchandising and sourcing teams to execute product strategies and drive business growth.
    • Monitor and analyze product performance to optimize sales and margins.
  • Supplier Management
    • Manage and develop our supplier base to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
    • Work with our sourcing team to identify and negotiate with new suppliers.
    • Ensure that suppliers meet our quality and sustainability standards.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Collaborate with our design, visual merchandising, and marketing teams to plan and implement window displays, photography, and range manuals.
    • Work with our merchandising team to plan and implement store layouts and visual merchandising.
    • Provide training and development opportunities to our team members.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in product development, merchandising, and sourcing.
