Key Responsibilities

  • Support the daily management of client property portfolios
  • Facilitate an efficient and sustainable corporate estate that maximizes asset utilization and value
  • Ensure procurement processes adhere to established guidelines and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with team members to foster effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a customer-centric approach
  • Participate in meetings as necessary
  • Promote the value of our services to stakeholders and partners
  • Handle lease renewals, rent assessments, new lettings, lease transfers, and other estate management tasks, including managing service charge budgets
  • Maintain up-to-date property databases for the entire portfolio
  • Assist in monitoring and controlling all aspects of estate management in alignment with client objectives

Qualifications and Experience

Essential Qualifications

  • A degree in surveying or a related field
  • Commitment to undertaking the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) to achieve membership in the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors

Essential Experience

  • Understanding and commitment to RICS Professional Standards and Best Practices
  • Familiarity with property law, landlord-tenant relations, and the relevant regulatory framework
  • Basic knowledge of financial practices and terminology
