Job Summary

Nursery People is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Third in Charge to join their team in the Chertsey area. This leadership role will focus on maintaining high standards of care for children, providing training for staff, and building strong partnerships with parents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enhance Quality of Education: Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of education provided to children.
  • Manage Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring a smooth and efficient running of the facility.

Requirements

  • First Aid Certification: Hold a recent Paediatric First Aid certificate.
