Position Overview...

As a Showroom Operations Leader, your role will be pivotal in motivating your team to provide outstanding design and installation services while addressing any challenges that arise. You will take charge of mentoring and guiding the Design and Installations Services team, ensuring that our Kitchen and Bathroom showroom meets the highest service standards. This position requires strategic thinking, adaptability, and effective execution.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a commitment of 39 hours per week. Availability during weekends and evenings is essential.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing operations within a fast-paced, customer-oriented setting. You should be highly organized and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service while inspiring and developing your team.

  • Experience in leading a team in a similar showroom environment
  • A strong emphasis on professional development
  • Skills in coaching and mentoring
In this role, you will oversee a small team of Design Consultants and Advisors, reporting directly to the Store Manager.
