Gap Personnel is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team in the Donnington-Hortonwood area of Telford. As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, working closely with our team to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out assigned tasks, including picking, packing, consolidation, and presentation of issues to the Despatch area, receipts process, unpacking, and checking of stock.
  • Operate the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and perform other assigned computer-based tasks as required.
  • Undertake any other duties assigned by the team or management.
Requirements:
  • A good understanding of warehouse practices and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work individually or as part of a team.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Previous FLT experience is advantageous but not essential.
