We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Registry Officer at Victoria College of Arts and Design. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and creative environment, supporting the academic administration of our institution.
Key Responsibilities- Student Administration: Manage student and course administration processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assessment and Timetabling: Coordinate assessment panels, liaise with collaborative partners, and deliver effective timetabling of classes.
- Student Support: Provide reliable information to students and lecturers on class timetabling, and ensure individual student issues are addressed fairly and consistently.
- Regulatory Compliance: Participate in preparation and work related to regulatory body and collaborative partner university visits/meetings.
- Education: Bachelor's degree from any UK university (Essential); Master's degree from any UK university (Desirable).
- Experience: Experience in working in the Higher Education sector, specifically in admission or registry departments.
- Skills: Proven IT skills, outstanding organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create innovative ways to communicate and support students.
- Competitive Salary: £25K to £29K (Depending on experience and qualification).
