Process Controller Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Process Controller to join our team at 2 Sisters Food Group in Thetford. As a Process Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Verify and complete accurate paperwork
  • Maintain quality standards and resolve customer-related issues
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment, adhering to GMP and health and safety protocols
  • Support line managers in delivering the production plan

Additional tasks may include utilizing the SAP system, people management, and recording waste, downtime, and performance data.

Ideal Candidate:
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong communication abilities
  • Attention to detail and a good standard of spoken and written English
  • Ability to work independently and without supervision
  • Comfortable working in a chilled food processing environment
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic role
