We are currently seeking a skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team at C&M Travel Recruitment. This role is pivotal in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with our esteemed clientele in the corporate travel sector.

Role Overview

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of 10-20 clients, tailoring your approach to meet their unique strategic objectives. Your primary focus will be on delivering value-added solutions and services that align with their business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular strategic assessments of client travel programs.
  • Ensure that service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
  • Drive contract renewals and enhance client retention.
Essential Skills and Experience
  • A proven history of exceptional client management, ideally within the corporate travel industry.
  • Experience in developing comprehensive client business plans and conducting strategic evaluations.
  • Outstanding stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
  • Strong commercial insight and acumen.
Additional Information

This position offers a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £50,000 based on experience, along with bonus potential. Benefits include Life Assurance, Travel Insurance, and Private Medical and Dental Insurance.

We support a hybrid working model, with a preference for three days in the office and two days remote, though this can be negotiated for the right candidate.

Travel to meet clients may be required as part of this role.
