Key Responsibilities

As a key member of the Agility Resoucing team, you will be responsible for providing financial leadership and support to the organization.

  • Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to the Managing Director and other stakeholders.
  • Budgeting: Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial stability and growth.
  • Accounts Payable: Oversee the payment of invoices and ensure timely payment to suppliers.
  • Accounts Receivable & Credit Control: Manage the collection of outstanding debts and maintain effective credit control procedures.
  • Tax (VAT, P11d, PAYE/NI): Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and manage tax planning.
  • Imports/Exports: Manage the financial aspects of imports and exports, including customs clearance and duty payments.
  • Treasury: Oversee the management of cash and investments to ensure liquidity and growth.
  • Payroll and Expenses: Manage the payroll process and ensure accurate and timely payment of expenses.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Strong IT skills, especially within SAGE & Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
