Nurse Specialist SACT

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Cancer Services team at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust. As a Nurse Specialist SACT, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients undergoing chemotherapy and other cancer treatments.
Main Responsibilities:- Assess patients prior to commencement of therapy to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other cancer treatments, providing support and guidance to patients and their families.
- Monitor patients' health and well-being, identifying and addressing any complications or concerns.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care and support to patients throughout their cancer treatment journey.
