Key Responsibilities- Sales and Promotion: Sell our programme and products to partners and potential participants, explaining the service offering, rights, and responsibilities to participants.
- Event Promotion: Promote brand exposure and services at regional events and meetings.
- Referral Development: Seek out and maximise referral sources and repeat business.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Co-ordinate partners' activities and ensure stakeholder engagement.
- Initial Assessments: Conduct initial assessments to understand participants' needs and barriers and how we can support them.
- Intervention Planning: Identify appropriate solutions and interventions for participants.
- Barrier Support: Liaise with relevant partners to assist with barriers to employment.

- Essential Criteria:
- Experience of working with a wide range of individuals, managing different needs and selling or promoting a service or product.
- Confident communicator, ability to build rapport with a range of stakeholders.
- Experience working in the community, fundraising, sales, or in a people-facing role.
- Experience working in a targeted environment.
- Interest in people and willingness to go the extra mile.
- Willingness to travel locally.
- A minimum of 2 A-Levels or an equivalent Level 3 Diploma.
- GCSE English Language at a minimum of a Grade B (or equivalent Level 2 qualification). OR achievement of a Level 2 in Literacy Assessment at interview stage.
- Desirable Criteria:
- Good knowledge of local labour market and of local partners/stakeholders including but not limited to Community and Voluntary Sector Organisations, Local Authorities, GPs, Health Workers, and other service providers.
- Experience of working in B2B sales, networking, publicly funded services, or similar sectors.
- Experience of working with disadvantaged client groups and delivering excellent customer service.
