Neighbourhood Housing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Neighbourhood Housing Officer to join our team at Rochdale Boroughwide Housing. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality housing management and lettings services within a community setting.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with customers, colleagues, and other agencies to deliver positive outcomes for the community.
- Manage a neighbourhood patch, including Rochdale, Middleton, and Heywood, to promote sustainability and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify risks and opportunities, and react quickly and appropriately to ensure effective and efficient management of workloads and deadlines.
- Have excellent Office 365 and general IT skills to produce documents and correspondence to a professional and accurate standard.
- Have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle to facilitate community engagement and partnership working.

- Ability to identify risks and opportunities and react quickly and appropriately.
- Ability to effectively and efficiently manage workloads and meet deadlines through the use of flexible working arrangements.
- Experience of effective partnership working to deliver positive outcomes for the benefit of the community.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
