About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Facilities Team Member to join our team at Hollywood Bowl Group. As a key member of our centre team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of our centres and ensuring our lanes are in full operation.

You will work closely with our team and customers to resolve any faults or issues that may arise, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards of our centres, including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs
  • Ensure our lanes are in full operation, including troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with the centre team to achieve our goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
