About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Project Lead to join our talented team at Plowman Craven. As a key member of our BIM team, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our landmark projects, providing Scan-to-BIM services and ensuring quality and data compliance within Revit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of high-quality Revit models, ensuring compliance with specifications and timely completion.
  • Liaise with Project Managers, Surveyors, and internal/external stakeholders to implement the most effective modelling workflow, techniques, and software.
  • Validate and verify graphical and non-graphical model data, ensuring consistency across project deliverables in line with company QA standards.
  • Ensure BIM projects meet client expectations and company standards in terms of quality, timeliness, and health & safety.
  • Develop a deeper understanding of the BIM process and contribute to the business's growth and expansion.
  • Support Project teams with technical advice on Revit and provide input on quote/document-based wording and estimation.
  • Attend client and design team meetings with Project Managers.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Scan-to-BIM, with a strong background in architectural/engineering-related fields.
  • Advanced knowledge of Revit, with at least 5 years of experience.
  • Experience working with the construction industry, with a proven track record of modelling from point cloud data for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across the Project Team, clients, and colleagues.
  • Good team management and organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
