About the Role

As a key member of our IT team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the high quality of our software solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing and executing non-functional, data, and functional tests to guarantee the excellence of our products.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of data and software testers, including offshore resources, to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and review test cases/results for coverage of the established test strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers and agile teams to drive testing initiatives and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and implement test strategies, evaluate test results, and produce comprehensive reports to inform business decisions.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational solutions to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with established project methodologies, MR Essentials, and necessary IT controls.
Your Profile

We're looking for a highly skilled professional with a strong background in testing and software development. Your ideal profile includes:

  • A university degree in Computer Science, data, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in software and/or data testing projects, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of test management tools, such as Quality Center and VSTS.
  • Strong SQL skills, including query writing and analytical functions.
  • Experience with PowerBI or similar tools is an asset.
  • ITIL or ISTQB certification is a plus, or a willingness to pursue certification with our support.
