About the Role

Roku is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance professional to manage a large-scale pre-release validation program. This position requires excellent organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work cross-functionally. The ideal candidate will be able to condense early user feedback into actionable customer insights and manage high volumes of data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead concurrent Alpha/Beta programs for devices and software features
  • Recruit Alpha and Beta users across multiple demographics and experience levels
  • Manage user interaction and engagement throughout the program
  • Organize and analyze feedback to identify common themes, suggestions, and issues
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management teams on user workflows
  • Conduct internal acceptance testing before releasing software for Alpha/Beta testing
  • Coordinate and manage the procurement and distribution of devices to our user population
  • Conduct periodic user surveys to gather feedback and generate reports
  • Foster a culture of data-driven program management and product excellence
  • Facilitate communications across the company to ensure transparency of progress and risks

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
  • Extensive experience in software development and Quality Assurance
  • Experience working with BI/data warehouse tools, databases, and SQL
  • Familiarity with software testing methodologies
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and communicate effectively
  • Proficient in Program Management fundamentals and best practices
