Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Tate. As a Call Centre Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling a high volume of calls, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals.

Main Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls from clients, emergency services, and other stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Use our computer system to input client information and pass it on to the Dispatch Officer.
  • Communicate effectively with our crews via radio to deploy them and assist with queries or requests.
  • Provide accurate and legible documentation related to client journeys, cancellations, and booking changes.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work environment, free from obstructions.
  • Provide cover for absences, including sickness and annual leave, as needed.
  • Undertake other duties as reasonably required.
Requirements
  • Enhanced DBS check or ability to obtain one.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including mornings, days, and nights.
  • Temp to perm opportunity after 12 weeks.
  • Assessment and interview process.
