About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Estate Agent. As a Trainee Estate Agent, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and skills in the property market, working towards becoming a fully qualified estate agent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market properties to potential home owners
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate offers
  • Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, leaflet dropping and more
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with your clients
  • Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor

What We Offer

  • £25,000 OTE per year

  • Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

Training and Development

Your journey as a Trainee Estate Agent will begin with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre, where you will receive industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions, day-to-day learning led by our industry experts, and a fully-paid hotel stay for the duration of your training.
