Hourly Paid Lecturer in Art & Design (Digital illustration and animation)

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with extensive knowledge in concept art and character development to contribute to our successful digital illustration and animation course.

About the Role

As a Lecturer in Art & Design, you will play a crucial role in promoting our values within the course as well as the wider Art & Design school. You will strive for continuous improvement and higher standards for the benefit of the whole community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach digital illustration and animation techniques to students
  • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans and materials
  • Assess student work and provide constructive feedback
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective curriculum
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

  • Extensive knowledge of digital illustration and animation techniques
  • Experience in teaching or tutoring in a similar field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
