Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Interim Senior Property Manager to cover maternity leave at one of our prestigious properties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Property Management
    • Manage the property management team, including the property manager and engineering manager.
    • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the property, including repairs and renovations.
    • Ensure that all building services, including cleaning, security, and front of house provision, are provided to a high standard.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to occupiers, including responding to queries and resolving issues.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with occupiers, including regular communication and feedback.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage the service charge budget and ensure that all expenses are accounted for and approved.
    • Oversee the procurement of building services and ensure that all contracts are up to date and compliant.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure that all health and safety procedures are followed and that the property is compliant with all relevant regulations.
    • Conduct regular site visits to ensure that the property is safe and well-maintained.
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit regular reports to management, including financial reports and occupancy reports.
    • Manage the production of the annual building service charge budget and management accounts.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years' experience in property management, preferably in a senior role.
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
    • Comprehensive understanding of property management and financial procedures.
  • Education
    • Relevant degree or equivalent experience.

Working Hours

Monday – Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work required.

Salary

£60,000 - £70,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
