Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project teams to develop and manage project schedules, utilizing expertise in project planning and coordination.
  • Work closely with the supply chain to monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Lead the generation and re-baselining of project schedules, incorporating input from project teams.
  • Coach operational teams to optimize their workflow and improve efficiency.
  • Apply technical knowledge to create integrated project programs, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Establish and maintain project metrics to track progress and status.
  • Develop and implement schedule-related risk mitigation and recovery plans.
  • Manage and maintain project schedule data within the project library.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Planning role, with expertise in project planning and coordination.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 and strong knowledge of MS Excel, including pivot tables.
  • Nuclear sector experience is highly desirable.
  • SC or DV Clearance or the ability to obtain it.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant qualifications in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering, construction management, or equivalent experience.
