About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Production Manager to join our team at Broadwick. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of event production for a variety of events across our warehouse venue collection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Production Management: Manage all aspects of event production, including venue, vendors, equipment rental, logistics, and staff coordination.
  • Event Planning: Work closely with event planners to develop timelines, budgets, and production plans that meet the client's needs and expectations.
  • Equipment and Supply Management: Ensure that all equipment and supplies are ordered, delivered, and set up in a timely and efficient manner.
  • On-Site Production Management: Oversee the on-site production of events, ensuring that all activities are carried out smoothly and efficiently.
  • RAMS and Event Safety Planning: Create and implement thorough RAMS and event safety plans.
  • Event Staff Management: Manage event staff, including scheduling, inducting, and on-site coordination.
  • Vendor and Contractor Management: Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure that all contracts are fulfilled and that all parties involved in the event are working together seamlessly.
  • Event Budgeting and Financial Management: Manage event budgets, track expenses, invoice, and ensure that all costs are kept within budget.
  • Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot any issues that arise during events and work to find creative solutions that keep the event running smoothly.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service, ensuring that all clients are satisfied with the event production process.
  • Business Development: Develop and retain client relationships to generate new opportunities.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in event production.
  • Organizational and Project Management Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Technical Knowledge: Good technical understanding across sound, lighting, video, and power.
  • Large Venue Experience: Experience working in large venues and a good understanding of rigging.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Vendor and Contractor Management: Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with vendors and contractors.
  • Event Production Software and Tools: Experience working with event production software and tools, such as Vectorworks and CRM software.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of event industry best practices and trends.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft/Google packages.
