Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Third Line Support Specialist to join our team at TRIA. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and resolving complex IT issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to clients via various channels, ensuring effective service delivery and resolution of IT issues.
  • Ticket Management: Prioritize and manage allocated tickets, ensuring timely resolution within agreed service level agreements.
  • Incident Resolution: Provide in-depth diagnosis and resolution of complex IT incidents.
  • Escalation Point: Serve as a point of escalation for technical queries from the 1st and 2nd line teams.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience in providing IT support at a 3rd line level, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Technologies.
  • Skills: Ability to build, configure, and support Windows desktop systems, with a strong focus on troubleshooting and problem-solving.
