About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Veolia ES (UK) LIMITED. As an Electrical Maintenance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our wastewater treatment plants across the North East of Scotland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Report directly to the Maintenance Unit/Engineering Services Controller on all maintenance activities.
  • Deliver maintenance activities and schedules in accordance with manufacturers and contractual guidelines.
  • Utilize field data collected through the maintenance system to support maintenance strategy and inform maintenance planners' decisions.
  • Provide on-site support to the site engineering department on operational and maintenance tasks.
  • Assist operations and maintenance teams during major outages and shutdowns.
  • Ensure the highest level of health and safety requirements are maintained.
  • Report accurate data into the computerized maintenance management system and provide up-to-date asset information.
Requirements
  • City & Guilds 2330 Level 2 or equivalent.
  • City & Guilds 2365 (17th Edition) or equivalent.
  • City & Guilds 2392 Inspect and Test.
  • Proven track record or work experience within a similar industrial environment.
  • Knowledge of wastewater and/or water processes would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge and experience of working on multi-discipline process sites with a proven track record of delivering in an engineering environment.
  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft and Google packages and experience of computerized maintenance management systems would be advantageous.
