We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Team Leader to join our Homelessness service in Kensington and Chelsea.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing a team of front-line staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to customers.

The post holder will work closely with the Contract Manager to ensure the service meets all targets, both financial and quality-related.

The Team Leader will be fully involved in all aspects of the day-to-day management of the service, including line management, caseloads, and quality assurance.

The ideal candidate will have a degree-level education and relevant professional experience in a similar role.

They will be passionate about delivering excellent services and have a strong commitment to the values of Look Ahead Care, Support & Housing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the team to deliver high-quality services
  • Develop and implement effective supervision and case work management
  • Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met and recorded correctly
  • Develop key business relationships with customers and external parties
  • Participate in and monitor the initial and continuous assessment of needs
  • Carry out administrative tasks as required
