About the Role

The Planning Agent is a key member of our planning and customer service team, responsible for ensuring we meet customer demand. This role is based in our brand new office in Manchester, where you'll work closely with our planning and logistics teams to deliver outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage installation capacity and scheduling to meet customer demand.
  • Liaise with customers, technicians, and team leaders to ensure seamless communication.
  • Support Team Leads in finding improved ways of working and optimizing service operations.
  • Manage and coach other Planning Agents in the use of AIRA systems.
  • Work closely with technicians to ensure capacity is effectively resourced.
  • Book materials, create purchase orders, and coordinate delivery of materials.
  • Monitor team performance and use knowledge and experience to optimize service operations.
  • Implement optimizations and improvements based on forecasts from the central function.
