We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team in Leicestershire. As a key member of our dedicated staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Your Responsibilities
  • Provide companionship and guidance to residents, assisting them with daily activities and personal care.
  • Create a nurturing and supportive environment that promotes independence, growth, and well-being.
  • Collaborate with the deputy manager and other team members to ensure the smooth running of the home and implement individualized care plans.
  • Administer medication as prescribed and maintain accurate records.
  • Lead, train, and mentor new and existing support workers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Your Qualifications
  • Possess a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or an equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrate a genuine passion for working with individuals with autism and complex needs.
  • Exhibit patience, resilience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
