In this pivotal role, you will take charge of guiding and mentoring a team of five skilled Senior Recruiters, ensuring the delivery of exceptional recruitment and talent acquisition strategies for our head office. Your primary focus will be on refining our comprehensive processes, identifying avenues to enhance the team's offerings, and securing the finest talent available in the market.
This dynamic position requires collaboration with our Brand and Attraction, Sourcing teams, People Partners, and leadership to execute our strategic talent initiatives and empower our organizational goals through the outstanding talent we attract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Recruitment Process: Manage the complete recruitment cycle for positions up to Senior Manager level, emphasizing diversity, candidate engagement, and effective hiring methodologies.
- Foster Strong Relationships: Build robust connections with Hiring Managers, external partners, and key stakeholders to ensure focused and successful recruitment efforts.
- Strategic Talent Development: Partner with People Partners to identify and implement recruitment strategies that align with our business's strategic talent goals.
- Market Insights: Deliver essential market analysis, vacancy trends, and recruitment metrics to stakeholders, facilitating proactive and strategic talent sourcing.
- Resource Optimization: Effectively manage and adapt your team's resources to meet our changing business requirements, with a focus on value creation.
- Team Leadership and Growth: Nurture a high-performing team through effective performance management, coaching, and personal development initiatives.
