About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Complex Care Specialist to join our team at Sonderwell. As a Complex Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized care to clients with complex needs, including peg feeding, oral suctioning, oxygen therapy, and epilepsy/seizure management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring their needs are met and their dignity is respected.
  • Work collaboratively with our care team to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent client outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in complex care.
  • Contribute to the development of care plans and ensure they are implemented effectively.
