MCG Healthcare is seeking a skilled and experienced Locum Practice Nurse to join our team on a long-term basis.
We are working with a well-established cluster of GP surgeries in Swindon who are part of a larger well-organized Primary Care Network (PCN). They require additional support due to high demand and are looking for a dedicated Practice Nurse who specializes in Diabetes.
The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality patient care and support
- Working collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve excellent patient outcomes
- Developing and implementing effective care plans
- Conducting health assessments and screenings
- Administering medications and treatments
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with a valid nursing license
- Experience working in a GP surgery or Primary Care setting
- Specialization in Diabetes care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
