Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Practice Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team in Swindon. As a Practice Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing services and contributing to the overall well-being of our patients.

Your Role
  • Manage chronic diseases and develop strategies for prevention and control
  • Specialize in COPD or Diabetes and provide expert care to patients
  • Implement infection prevention and control measures to ensure a safe environment
  • Perform various clinical procedures, including blood sampling and electrocardiograms
  • Provide wound management, travel health advice, and vaccinations
  • Support the management team in reviewing clinical policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Experience in a primary care environment, preferably as a Practice Nurse or Community Nurse
  • Registered on the NMC
