Job Description

Dalkia UK is seeking a skilled Client Relationship Director to join our team at the Sizewell C site near Leiston. As a key member of our site management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities provide a safe and secure environment for our clients' staff to focus on their business activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with client teams to review internal new and existing buildings on the Sizewell C estate
  • Act as an interface between Dalkia UK and the client, Sizewell C, to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of client interfaces
  • Monitor interface performance and implement improvements as needed
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Prepare and present interface performance reports to management
  • Assist in the development of interface-related policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with move labour, Space Planner, and the Facilities operations Manager
  • Provide operational and procedural support to ensure projects are executed in accordance with established departmental, building, and client means, methods, and procedures
  • Support one-off relocations and office set-ups for client new hires and terminations

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in interface management or a similar role
  • Experience with interface documentation and training
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in interface management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 package
  • Ability to work well without supervision
  • Clean Driving License
