Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Soft Play Team Member to join our team at Greene King. As a Soft Play Team Member, you will be responsible for providing a safe and enjoyable environment for children, while also ensuring that our customers receive a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to children and their families, ensuring that they have a memorable and enjoyable experience.
  • Ensure the play area is clean and tidy at all times, and that all equipment is in good working order.
  • Assist with the coordination and running of children's birthday parties, ensuring that all parties are well-organized and enjoyable for the children.
  • Deal with customer enquiries in a friendly and professional manner, providing solutions to any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • A passion for working with children and providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, with a positive and can-do attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures, with the ability to follow guidelines and protocols.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and school holidays.
