We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Soft Play Team Leader to join our team at Greene King Pubs - Community Pubs. As a Soft Play Team Leader, you will be responsible for creating a fun and engaging environment for our customers, ensuring that every visit is a memorable one.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer receives a warm welcome and a memorable experience.
- Deal with customer enquiries in a friendly and professional manner, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and tidy environment, ensuring that the play area is safe and welcoming for all customers.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure that the play area runs smoothly, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
