Civil Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a key member of our Civil Engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, reviewing, and assessing civil engineering structures for underground construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop civil engineering structures using software packages like AutoCAD Civil 3D and INFAWorks.
- Draft 2D, 3D, and BIM models to support project development.
- Prepare specifications, bills of quantities, and contract documents to ensure project deliverables.
- Conduct site inspections and write reports to document project progress.
- Coordinate project-related correspondence and data to ensure seamless project execution.
- Assist with tender documentation and cost estimates to support project planning.
- Hold a Level 8 degree in civil engineering.
- Strong analytical skills with knowledge of tunnels, deep excavation, piling, and reinforced concrete works.
- Experience in general civil engineering design, with geotechnical knowledge preferred.
- Previous experience in Rail sector is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficient in report writing and computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Previous work experience in both design and coordination roles.
