Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Counsel to join our team at Oracle. As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will provide legal advice to the organization and work closely with other lawyers throughout Oracle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice to the organization on a wide range of corporate and commercial legal services
  • Draft, review, and negotiate major and/or non-standard technology contracts with public and private sector customers
  • Advise on legal issues involving government and regulatory compliance
  • Respond to ad hoc queries and provide appropriate legal solutions
  • Work closely with other lawyers throughout Oracle and coordinate legal matters handled by outside lawyers

Requirements

  • Solicitor or barrister qualified to practice in the UK (5yrs+ PQE)
  • Fluent in English
  • High-level legal drafting skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Presentation skills
