Overview: A prominent financial organization is seeking an Identity Access Management (IAM) Analyst to contribute to a significant IAM initiative aimed at improving their IAM infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for IAM enhancements.
  • Facilitate the implementation of improvements within the SailPoint platform, preferably with experience in IdentityNow.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and security.
  • Engage with teams to ensure alignment with best practices in IAM.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Proven track record in executing enhancements in SailPoint.
  • Experience with Joiners, Movers, and Leavers (JML) processes is advantageous.
  • Background in the financial services sector is preferred but not mandatory.
