We are currently working with a variety of service users in all post code areas of Skipton. Our team is seeking a friendly, caring, and compassionate home care worker to provide excellent care to service users with a range of care needs in the comfort of their own home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide person-centered care and support to service users
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and nutrition
  • Manage and administer medication as required
  • Understand and adhere to care standards, policies, and procedures
  • Keep accurate records of service user information
  • Engage with service users and promote independence
  • Perform light domestic duties and shopping as needed
  • Ensure safe care practices are followed at all times
Requirements:
  • Must be hardworking, reliable, and honest
